Acceptable Use Policy
This policy explains what is not allowed on lethora.chat and how we may respond to abuse, unsafe behavior, or illegal use.

Basic Rule
Use lethora.chat lawfully, safely, and in a way that respects other people, third-party services, and the integrity of the product. This policy is part of the Terms of Service.
Illegal or Harmful Activity
You may not use lethora.chat to plan, facilitate, request, generate, or distribute content or instructions for illegal activity, violence, exploitation, harassment, abuse, self-harm encouragement, or other activity that creates a serious risk of harm.
Security Abuse
You may not use the service to create malware, phishing, credential theft, spam, evasion tools, vulnerability exploitation, unauthorized access, attacks on systems, or instructions that meaningfully enable cyber abuse.
Platform Abuse
You may not interfere with the service, bypass rate limits or quota controls, scrape or overload the product, probe infrastructure without permission, reverse engineer non-public systems, or use automated access in a way that harms reliability or security.
Rights and Sensitive Information
You may not upload or process content you do not have the right to use. Do not submit highly sensitive personal information unless you understand and accept the risk of processing that information through the service and relevant providers.
Regulated Decisions
Do not use lethora.chat as the sole basis for decisions that have legal, financial, employment, housing, insurance, medical, safety, or similarly significant effects on people. AI output should be reviewed by a qualified human before consequential use.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, report illegal activity, or preserve information where reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, the service, or comply with law.
